We do not replace melted candles.

If you live in an area where the candles may potentiolly melt, we suggest using Fed Ex Express shipping or USPS Priority Mail.

Please do not call or e-mail us asking how much shipping charges will be for an order.

This is an e-commerce website utilizing shopping cart technology.

Therefore, you are able to see exactly how much your shipping charges will be before you complete your order.

NOTE: Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. We do our best to notify customers if there is any delay in shipping.

The time indicated on the map does not include the 0-3 business days it takes to locate, package, and ship your order.

Example: You live in Florida and place an order on a Wednesday, there is a good chance it will ship out that Friday,

therefore arriving in Florida the following Wednesday (3 business days after shipping).

Shipping cost is determined by 3 factors:

1. Type of shipping method selected

2. Total weight of your order

3. Distance of shipping location from our warehouse

We make every effort to pack and ship your orders in a safe and timely manner.

All orders shipped by Fed Ex Ground are insured automatically.

Orders selected for parcel post (which are under 5 lbs) will not be insured unless requested.

Orders paid with Paypal going to an unconfirmed address will incur a $2 signature request fee through Fed Ex.

Packages that are delivered by the shipper but had an address correction upon delivery will incur a $10 address correction fee.
